  Yeah, I wouldn't want to eat stale and freezer burnt cake...  A lot of couples just get a new top tier for their anniversary.  That's what we're doing.

  Do you have family or friends in Pennsylvania who can keep it for you? Maybe you will be visiting in a year or around a year and you can have it then. I don't think cake would travel that far so well lol!
