Reasonable Priced Linen rentals

Hi all - my venue has a place they use to rent linens from at $10/table and $0.40/napkin.  I was just curious if anyone knew of any other which do it for less?  No pain in asking... THANKS!!

That seems to be a good price. We used Adora Event Rentals (chair covers & sashes) and LOVED them! I just checked out their prices for table coverings & napkins and your venue is cheaper than at Adora, unfortunately. :)

Not to steal your thread here - But while people are discussing linens, I would also love to know where you rented your chair covers from, and for how much?

L&H is the cheapest in town for sure. And by "in town" I mean in Dayton...but they drive to Cincy once a week to drop things off at Cincy venues ( I think on Wednesdays) and will drop some linens off at your venue for you to look at.

Don't rent, buy!  I looked into all the local rental companies and found that purchasing them was just as cheap as renting.  Although I'm not sure about L&H Rentals pricing.  Whenever I tried to contact them no one answered the phone :(

I got the tip about buying from this board.  I just purchased my tablecloths this past week from linentablecloth.com.  I plan on trying to sell them after the wedding or donating them to the church where we are having our reception (since they don't have linens).

Someone told me to hold off until they were running a promotion and they are doing one this week - 20% off all tablecloths.  Plus they always have an additional 10% off promotion code each month.  You can find that by following them on Twitter but this month it's "harvest10".  You have to create an account, login, and you can only use the promotion code once so you have to be sure to only plug it in when you are completely finished with your order.

    I got the following:

    90" rounds for $7.83 a piece
    60" x 126" rectangulars for $9.19 a piece
    60" x 102" rectangulars for $7.59 a piece

Their chair covers are also pretty cheap (I think around $2 for banquet style) so it may be just as cheap to buy those instead of renting as well.
