Is anyone planning on wearing a hoodie, tee shiirt, track pants, etc with "Bride" or "Mrs" on it?  If so where are you buying them???

  • I went the cheapest way.... I bought transfer paper and hot fix crystals.  then I printed what I wanted to write and made the iron ons.  Then went to walmart and bought tanks and tees for all the girls and myself.  I made 8 tanks, 2 shirts, 1 hoody, and 1 panty..... for about 50 bucks.

It did take a bit to make the first couple of transfers, but after that it was easy.  Took about 3 hours!!!!

Etsy is a great place to buy iron ons too.  If you don't want to diy, least you can save some cash and iron them on yourself.
  • I would think the cheapest way to go would be to make them yourself...
Going to one of these T-shirt places is pointless....they charge wayyyy too much.
  • i ordered t-shirt off vistaprint. When are y'all wearing this stuff?!

I did shirts for all the BP members (I know it's stupid, but it was a goofy splurge).  I ordered them from onehourtees.com, sent them my own designs and got 22 shirts (11 different designs) for like $6 each
  • I bought a sshirt that says "I do" with a ring for the O on ebay. It was new with tags from Fashion Bug. I think they have more in various sizes. Here is the link.

  • I'm thinking about making myself a hoodie to wear while I'm out getting my nails done, getting ready for the wedding, and then on the honeymoon!

I was wondering if I made t-shirts for my bridal party, if we would wear them for the bachelorette party or going to do our nails or when...  I don't want to make them if nobody will where them.

Anybody have a tutorial for how to do the crystals?

I think most girls will probably wear them for your day getting your nails done or something, but they are still considered a waste of money, since they will likely only wear them that one time, and they will never come out of the closet again.    With that said, I still think they are cute... and if you have it in the budget, and you realize that they won't ever be worn again, and some may not want to wear them at all, then I say go ahead and splurge.
  • Check out your local craft store or party supply store. Some of the party supply stores have them ready made. I've seen the iron on transfer option (crystals already done) at craft stores. I like those because you can do shirts, hoodies, hats or even bags for them to put their stuff into.
  • I also went with vistaprint.  I had a groupon and needed quite a few dollars to complete the order.  It was a last-minute thing but I'm really glad I did it.  Here's a pic:
