Wedding 18th April - Help on Tipping

Hi Ladies

Its nearly here!!!! We're leaving for Vegas on 9th April and are getting married on 18th at Little Church Of The West with a reception at Maggianos. Just wondering who I should tip and how much. We are having Glamsquad for hair and make-up , Travis Allen for Elvis, do I tip everyone?

We tipped minister, Color salon (I tipped hair stylist, and MU artist), Glamsquad (about 20%), day of wedding coordinator, dj, photobooth guy, photographer (she was not the owner).

Hey, I'm getting married April 18 in Las Vegas too! If you see me (5'5", column dress, pale skin, brown hair) and my fiance (in a tux, brown hair, light skin, glasses, 6'5") say hi! How did you decide on the glam squad for your hair?
