Anybody do mini parasol escort cards?

If so, how? I cant find a tray that large to fit the syrofoam.. =(

    I'm not quite sure how large of a tray you need, but I needed a large tray to fit Styrofoam at the bottom to secure my escort cards too.  I ended up getting ours at Pier 1.  They don't have it online but they had it here (Chicago) and my mom was able to find it in the store in Hawaii too.  I want to say it is about 18x24x3 and made of seagrass.

    A friend of mine filled a box with sand and stuck them in there. It was really cute!
