MOH standing out - NEED SUGGESTIONS!

My MOH/sis recently brought to my attention that she wants to stand out more as the MOH. All my bridesmaids are in the same dress, which I would prefer to keep that way. She doesn't want a shawl. So we thought maybe adding a brooch to the side or top might work? Any suggestions???

What about doing a slightly different bouquet to denote she's MOH? My MOH had a bouquet that was slightly altered from the other girls', but still looked cohesive.

My MOH wore a flower in her hair. She also had a slightly bigger bouquet. Your MOH will also be the one standing directly next to you, so whatever you decide to do, I don't think it needs to be anything major. People will know she is your MOH just by where she will be standing.

Thanks ladies! We were planning on doing a bigger bouquet to start. I had thought about a flower/pin in her hair to be different. I wasn't sure if there were any other ideas?
