Shower host gifts

Is this enough of a gift?  I am not trying to be cheap, but I want to give a gift they would enjoy.

I have 5 hosts for my upcoming shower.  They are Kevin's 5 aunts on his mom's side hosting a shower for his side of the family and FMILs friends.  There will be about 40 ladies invited (so it is big/expensive).

I was thinking of a nice bottle of wine, bouquet of flowers, and a heartfelt thank you card for each aunt.  Is this enough?

I am afraid to go the gift card route because it is hard to figure out which nail salons or restaurants each one of them like as they live in different towns than me (still Chicagoland area).  Also, I personally don't like the scented lotions and bath & body works type products, but do most people like them?  Should I go that route?
They are all proud Irish.. should I get each a nice necklace in the Irish marble or something along those lines?

TIA .. I really don't want to appear unappreciative... as I am so thankful for their generosity.. but I don't love any of my ideas : (

Thanks .. I am going to try and sit down and write a nice note in each.  I think that is the part that matters.. the fact they know I am really thankful.  But it is good to know I am on the right page for the physical gifts.

I was also wondering about this because I have 8 aunts and my MOH paying for the shower. It is going to be at a restaurant because my family invited a lot of people. So what do I give to 9 people? There will be about 50 guests I think.

I think what you're doing is just fine.  You could even cut costs by doing potted plants that you can buy and replant youself making each gift under $10 ea.
