Extreme dress shopping?

I've made 8 appointments at bridal stores. Is that excessive?

I'm going to Priscilla of Boston on Monday before their 20% sale ends, then in a few weeks I'm going to David's, Coral Gables Bridals, Merlili, Alfred Angelo, J del Olmo, Bellissima, and Daisy Tarsi, all in two days back to back.

Any advice on paring down my search? I don't want to drive myself, or my sister who's coming with me, insane.

    I think that is fine! I went to a lot of stores! As long as they are not all in the same day you are ok. I went to a bunch by myself just so I didn't have any opinions that made me second guess dresses. I took my mom the POB to buy the dress I thought I loved and she changed my mind. I still love it but love the dress I ended up with also.
    Just try on things you think you may not like. I kept trying on mermaid and fitted dresses because I love the silhouette but they weren't making me feel bridal.

    You're going to be tired but it will be fine! Bring water, snacks, and dress comfortably!
