Honeymoon update

So, his grandparents aren't allowed to let us use/rent their condo. (It is in a retirement community and they have strict rules.)

Good news is FI finally picked a destination!! Puerto Vallarta!! :D I am super excited that we have that much done, now I can find a few places to choose from. We are looking into renting a house or a condo for the week. Most of the hotels in our price range are nasty motels! :( Some of the condos are super nice!!

Has anyone been there? Tips or ideas?

    I agree on the all-inclusive? What's your budget? 

    Check out Dreams resorts, they're in PV and I want to say they were decently priced when I was doing research. We opted for Jamaican because we haven't been there, but I LOVE Mexico! I speak Spanish and my FI jokes I'm half Hispanic (even though I'm not, I love the culture!)

    It seems like Riviera Maya is a better choice, so we are doing that instead. There are more options for houses to rent there also, so that is nice!
