Sending RSVP from England

If I put a global forever stamp on the RSVP card envelope, will our guests from London be able to use that to send it back to the US?

    Forever stamps are now worth $0.46. It's $1.10 to get it mailed to the UK now, and it was a 1.10pound stamp getting it back I believe for our friends in London.

    ETA: I just saw you're talking about a global forever stamp. I don't know much about those. They are worth $1.10 so it will get to the UK, I don't know about getting it back though, since they won't be sending it through USPS when they drop it in a mailbox in the UK

    England has to use their own postage, not US postage.  The global forever stamp is only valid on mail sent from the US to a foreign country.  You don't need to put a return stamp on invitations sent out of the country.
