Signature Cocktail

We are having the cermony at FI family farm along with the cocktail hour. I would like to have a signature drink. We are having a caramel apple bar at the reception so I would like to have some sort of apple drink. Any suggestions? Any ideas with apple cidar?

    I love hot mulled cider with spiced rum in the fall. I'd be really excited to see it at a wedding!

    I did spiced apple cider at my first wedding, and it was served chilled. I don't remember the exact measurements, as I was a bartender and just winged it until it tasted good :)

    A friend of mine served me apple cider mixed with champagne and butterscotch schnappes.  It was so good.  Perfect fall cockail.  I'll have to look up the recipe when I get home.
