    Good morning, Ladies!

    I am leaving in a few hours, so I will be for Boston for my SBW (Secret Bachelorette Wknd).  Three of us started this tradition two years ago when one got married, so I have one more SBW to look forward to!) Not a secret to FI, family, just most people think it's a regular trip (the 3 of us travel a lot together for girl getaway wknds).  We wanted to get out of town, celebrate a great occasion, and not drop a lot of cash doing so.  We don't invite the bridesmaids and other friends as most cannot afford a wknd away, so no one has to feel bad or obligated.

    We're going to do a bunch of touristy, dorky stuff, eat and drink well, and avoid the penis paraphernalia (can you imagine 3 girls running around the streets of Boston with a giant, inflatable penis?).  The last SBW was in DC, and we had a blast! I'll have a local bachelorette with all the girls the week before the wedding.  I'm a lucky gal.

    don't really have too many plans this weekend. not much going on tonight. tomorrow i really really really want to go to the range in the morning but i doubt that it will happen. tomorrow night we're going to a friend's place in jersey. sunday i'm going with FSIL to look for hair accessories after she gets back from a baby shower for a baby that's already been born. that's about it. 

    i also have to finish some grading and hand in the sheets, as a new session starts on monday. fun fun.

    Packing to head up to the hudson valley to see my dad and celebrate a belated father's day and birthday for him. Doing some wedding stuff over the weekend and hopefully relaxing in the country air!

    To mrsredmoose, I can in fact picture it as I saw lots of penis paraphernalia at various parties when I used to live there! Have fun.

    Just looking forward to a normal weekend with my husband! the last three saturdays were the wedding, leaving for our honeymoon and returning from our honeymoon. So, looking forward to starting "real" married life!

    Well, Friday is the start of my work week.. that's what nursing gets you! (Though I love it!)  So nothing till Sunday when we're going to a graduation party.  It will be the first time we have seen most of our family since being engaged!

    After work, started off with a two hour nap-lol-then tried to find somthing tonight for my bacheolorette party tomorrow.  No success-but found a RD dress.  It's a similar color to my bridesmaids dresses. So excited and only $50 at TJ Maxx.
