I actually unfortunately missed it bc my mom was sworn to secrecy by my cousin, but her daughter (the one that has Cystic Fibrosis and had the double lung transplant a couple of years ago) was featured on the Kathy Lee and Hoda hour in the "Everyone Has a Story" segment.
She's going to be singing live on the show on Thursday or Friday. She is an amazing singer, and it's her dream to be on broadway. If she ever had a shot, this is it.
Her and her mom are driving to NYC from NC as we speak. Today is paying for her dad to be flown up as well. My parents are hoping to make it into the city to see her, but due to the bad weather, they may not be able to.
I don't know if anyone caught it, but if you did, that's my cousin! YAY! So excited for her.
