My fiance has been following the P90X program... He is coming in for a visit this weekend... He is around day 50 of the program and doing it not so much for weight-loss, but building muscle... What do I cook for him?!??...

P90X comes with a nutrition plan, so definitely check that out. Other than that, lots of lean protein and veggies, just like any other healthy lifestyle-it's pretty universal. As for how much protein he should be getting each day, check the P90X website or nutrition guide. For this weekend, you could do a roasted chicken or turkey breast, burgers or steaks with very lean beef, or a good hearty stew with lean beef.

As LittleKatie said really just the same as a healthy meal plan. In p90x high protein meals are suggested. 4-6 servings of protein...chicken, turkey, fish, eggs etc. Ask him what he would like, or make it together so he can show you.
