Ideas on what to wear for enagagement pictures at Asbury Park

Hi everyone!

I am having trouble deciding on what to wear for my engagement pictures. We are taking them at Asbury Park on the beach and off the beach.  Has anyone else taken pictures there? Or any beach pictures? Help!

    We didn't take beach pics but were outside in a botanical garden. I wish I had dressed up a little more...we wore nice shorts outfits. When my mom saw the photos she was like "Were you pretending the photographer caught you by surprise on a weekend picnic?" No Mom, we actually planned to wear those outfits! Lol.

    We also didn't do a beach shoot, but I wore two different outfits.  One was more casual with jeans and the other was a dress.  If you have time that could be an option.

    We had our engagement pics in Asbury Park.  We each had 2 outfits.  One more casual than the other.  They came out amazing.  If you can bring more than one outfit I would highly recommend it.

    We get two outfit changes as well! Since we are doing them in the middle of Sep, I thought a simple maxi dress would be nice for the beach. Where did you take your pics at AB?

    We did our engagement pics in Long Branch and had two outfits. For the boardwalk- He wore a white button down and dark blue jeans  and I wore a white chiffon wrap dress. For the beach he changed into a blue polo and I wore a long striped maxi dress that had blues and greens in it.
