a little back story -

I was never one of those girls who pictured themselves in a big, white gown. When I first started thinking about my dress, I thought I might want a short dress. In my research, I discovered Dolly Couture. I met with her and together we came up with my dream dress. It is being made now and here are some pics. My favorite color is black, so I wanted to incorporate that into the dress. Now, I am ready to dance all night.

AH! I'm so excited you posted, I totally want a Dolly dress! Based on their online stuff, I'm torn between the edmonton and the beverlywood. How is it working with her? Pros? Cons? I haven't headed up to her salon yet, but I want to once we get closer to the date. Your dress looks so cute by the way! Love it!

Dolly is so nice. And, you also work a lot with her sales rep, Nicole. They have both been so accomodating and helpful. Her standard dresses are awesome plus as you can see there are plenty of options to do your own thing. It really is tough to just settle on one.

I absolutely love the Beverlywood. I think it is gorgeous!

She meets with people in her home. She has dresses for you to try on. Her dresses really do look good on all body types.

So far, I cannot think of any negatives. And, the best part is the price. My custom dress ended up being cheaper than most of the dresses I looked at in the store.
