Ventura's Bridal Alterations

Hello Ladies!

I purchased my dress at Ventura's Bridal and it should be in within the next 2-3 weeks and as soon as it comes in I would like to get started on alterations. Have any of you used the alterations department in Venturas? If so, what was your experience with them? If not, where did you go and what was your experience with them? Thank you so much for your help :)

    They are altering my dress as I type.  I thought the lady was pretty nice.  I arrived at Ventura's before my grandma and I needed some help getting into my boustier.  When I asked the alteration lady to help me she looked at me like I grew a third eye.  Other than that it was fine and she was really quick.  Although it just needed a bustle and to be hemmed at the bottom.
