Need venue recommendations

Hey ladies.

I'm planning an 80 person reception and I need some inexpensive recommendations. We want this wedding to cost no more than $10,000. Anyone know of any places that aren't expensive?

Restaurants would fit the bill! I recommend the following below for the food and service. I've attened private functions at Bravo and Cav (including my bridal brunch) and would recommend both! I've also so heard good things about Waterman and Dewolf Tavern (quite popular) so they are definitely worth checking out. G.L

DeWolf Tavern is a great location. It was a runner up for us.

Check out Rhode Island Country Club and Wannamoissett Country Club.

Crystal lake Country Club in Burriville ` where we had my bridal shower.

Crystal Lake is Very affordable and hasa nice room.Also, my friend just got married and had the reception at Via Roma on the hill.
Waterman Grille, i would second that they have a really nice room!
Other restaurants that come to mind are places like Lucianos, (they have a pretty back room w a terrace) and Cafe Nuovo.
Also, I have heard of people having their wedding at Jackie's Galaxy in Bristol

love waterman and CAV - my bridal shower was there and they did a great job.
waterman is a very pretty setting with good food.

I'm not sure of price, but check out Chapel Grille in Garden City. I've heard nothing but rave reviews about the place. We're probably going to have our rehearsal dinner there.

oooh love chapel grille. we went there for dinner and it was good.
i looked into having my work christmas party there.
they have a nice space with a lot of menu choices but require a 1200 food and bev minimum - too much for a department party of 15!~good luck!

Check out the Stage Door Lounge on Park Avenue. They have been very easy to work with and several options available you can go with.
