Cheesecake instead of cake

To make a long story short, we lost our baker due to an unfortunate circumstance and they now have to move. We are considering doing cheesecake instead of cake. I found a couple of companys I want to talk to but wanted to know if anyone had ever worked with them. The first one is Weddings by Sinful Cheesecake Comany and the las Vegas Cheesecake Company, both are out of GR.

    We used Weddings by Sinful Cheesecake and loved them!!  Stacey, the owner, is super sweet and really, really easy to work with.  The #1 reason we decided to go with them (well, other than the fact that their cheesecakes are delicious) is that they will make you a fake tiered cake so that you have the traditional wedding cake that you can cut at your reception, if that is something you would like.  She was very flexible and did an awesome job with the fake cake as well as tweaking some of their cheesecake flavors and suggesting ones for us to try and such.  I would highly, highly recommend them!  Let me know if you have any other questions...

    I've also seen photos of these done looking like tiered wedding cakes.  I'd google some images.

    Just found out that Sinful is not available on my day - her daughter is getting married. Bummers for me!
