  I got married a year and a half ago and used Cover Girlz out of Vermillion, Ohio.  They were extremely affordable and traveled to your reception site (not sure what the max distance is).  They set up everything and also tore it down.

  Have you thought about purchasing them online wholesale? It can be less expensive, but you need to have enough time and helpers to set them up yourself either the day before (if venue allows) or day of. Definitely make sure to check with the venue about the earliest time you can take over the room to set-up. Bonus to purchasing is that you can sell them after the wedding and re-coup some cost.
