  Hi,
  
  I am not sure what your budget is, but I am going by what I have researched. My bridesmaid's boyfriend's brother does professional photography and he has reasonable prices. He is a contender for my fiance and myself.
  
  His name is Will Patterson and he is a really nice guy! His website is http://willp-photo.com/. Check out his wedding packages for prices and he has a section for weddings he has done in the past. His prices are fairly reasonable too. Hope this helps!

  I know we all put different value on different things. But in a long run, when your wedding day is over, what are you left with? Your memories! Your wedding pictures are for your children and grandchildren. They will treasure them. I only wish I could see what my parents looked like on their wedding day! Unfortunately, my mom trusted a friend with a camera to take pictures and something went terribly wrong. Non of his pictures came up. The only picture we have was taken like 6 months after the wedding in a studio. My mom made sure I did not repeat her mistake and insisted on hiring a professional photographer. If you don't want to spend a lot on your pictures but still want quality, hire a professional photographer, but make sure that he or she has a package with all pictures on DVD and copyright, because prints and albums drive the cost. We used Jay Gardner for our wedding and are very happy. He and his wife took some beautiful pictures! Not sure what your budget is, but I highly recommend him.   My cousin's wife does great photography in the Rochester area. She is a fabulous mother of 3. Her website is http://www.heatherekstromphotography.com - I think her wedding prices start at $1500. She also may have info on other photographers in the area. 

  
  

  Also, a bit further away from my hometown of Frewsburg...Kimberly Weber with Kreativity is absolutely brilliant.   Whatever you do, DO NOT BOOK CHRISTOPHER SCINTA!  We used Chris for our wedding and could not be more DISAPPOINTED. His photography package and portfolio may look promising,  but he does NOT hold up to them. I would give ANYTHING to not have booked him. Just so you know, his signature style is to take hundreds of pictures of you from your neck up. Forget about having pictures of that beautiful dress you spent months shopping for. Not only did he fail to capture several key moments of the day, he left early and took months longer than promised to have our images back to us. Oh, and forget about the complementary images for your family and bridal party. Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK HIM!

  We also have a small budget for photography. We chose April House who owns Blessed Images Photography. We haven't had our wedding yet (it's next month!) but so far she's been great communicating with us and her portfolio looks great too. Her prices are very reasonable compared to all the others out there.
