Ceremony Sites Madison Wisconsin

Hello!

We have a wedding Reception site secured for our 2014 wedding. Our Reception is going to be right in the heart of downtown Madison, and I am looking for a wedding ceromony site. Anyone have any suggestions?

I don't want our guests to have to travel far between the ceremony site and reception site. A little walk downtown Madison is not bad. I'm ok with outdoors as well as indoors.

    How many guests do you plan on having? On Gorham Street is Gates of Heaven Synagogue. It is really pretty but only holds 98 people, so that might not work for a larger wedding. Can your venue do both ceremony and reception?

    Check out the Press House near the UW-Madison campus (right on the end of State St.)  We ultimately decided to go with a different venue where we could have the ceremony and reception in the same place, but I liked the Press House when we visited.

    We are getting married at The Livingston Inn in April - Bed & Breakfast on Gorham street, they do wedding ceremonies outside in their backyard - gorgeous location as well!

    Thank you for your help everyone, I will look into these places. I really appreciate your input. We are planning on about 110-130. Still working on final guest list. Our venue we currently have booked is for reception only. I am looking at other options, to cover all my bases. Thanks again!! I will check these places out
