PhotoBooth by Global Entertainment or Vital Image photo booth

So I am torn between these two companies. Has anyone used them before or been to a wedding that had a photo booth from them?

Re: PhotoBooth by Global Entertainment or Vital Image photo booth

  • I haven't been to a wedding with either, but have you looked into Vital Image's pricing at all?

My fiance and I will be doing a photoboot and Global Photo Booth is the best deal I've seen based on cost, time for using the photo booth and actual package components! Most that i've looked into charge $600ish just for 3-4 hours of use (which doesn't really cover the whole reception, so i wouldn't want them taking it down in the middle of the reception!)
  • I used Global Entertainment for our photobooth - for the price, you can't beat it! I got a deal from a coupon I had, so I paid a little less than $600 I think. For that, they were at my cocktail hour/reception the entire time (5pm-12am), they organized all the scrapbook pages into a scrapbook for me, and sent me a DVD of all the photos. I couldn't find anything for less than $1000, and that was for less time at the event. Everyone had a blast with it at the wedding! IMO, I don't think that paying almost twice the price would have been worth the small increase in quality of the photos.

If you want to look at how our photos turned out, here is the FB album:

I just had a booth from Vital Image Photography for my daughters Bridal Shower last weekend. We did look at Global but Vital Image was more responsive to our needs and the pricing was far better. We actually only paid $299 for a four hour session so now I have booked them for the wedding as well. If we would have booked them originally for the wedding photos the booth rental would have only been $199. My wife now wants us to use them for our daughter’s wedding photos as well but I need to look over our existing contract before I cancel the booking with the current photographer.
