What does she smell like?
Posted by sarabear23
<div>
</div><div>Sour. Almost like poo...but her box is clean with new litter.  She's lost weight on her new weight loss food (she used to be a fat kitty)...and she's wanting to go outside. That is odd in and of itself. She will sit at the patio door and mew.  She's declawed in the front, so I'm wondering if I should let her out if I supervise.</div>
• That is strange! Maybe give her a bath? Could it be the new food causing the smell?

</div><div>Maybe the food. She'd flip out if I bathed her.  I let the groomer do that. </div>
• Everyone who I know how saw Ted loved it.  As well as the new spiderman most people seemed to enjoy it

Ha, yes we did.  We had three layers--plain NY style, chocolate swirl, and raspberry lemon, and then there were sides of fresh berries and chocolate for topping.

Prior to the wedding, I had a few people saying "ohemgee, but what if people don't LIKE cheesecake?!  You need regular cake too!" and it made me freak out for a second (Until I realized that there are plenty of people who don't like REGULAR cake and most people don't provide an alternative for those people).

I had no fewer than a dozen people tell me it was the best cake they'd ever eaten at a wedding.

</div><div>It's sort of a vanilla/almond flavor. Hard to describe. Maybe it's unique to New Orleans.

Around here it seems to be basic white cake. My MIL says it should be Almond with Rasberry filling. I think it must be regional.

MIL wanted a 'wedding cake' for her birthday cake this year. So, I got her one. The rest of the family was not enthused since they didn't like it. She and I ate the entire cake pretty much. It was a dang good cake, and that's the baker who will be doing our cake. She's wonderful and has been on all of the cakes we've gotten from her - though we're leaning towards another flavor other than the almond/rasberry since he doesn't like that.

• I'm not a cake eater. I could eat brownies all the live long day, along with muffins.... but for soe reason I just really hate cake.

I had cheesecake, brownie pops, chocolate covered strawberries, cupcakes, and umm something else at my wedding. Dessert buffet!
