Rehearsal Dinner

My fiance and I have been making lists, one of them being the RD. My fiance is actually looking at it now and looked at me weird that I had the groomsmen down with an & Guest. I told him that if we extend an invitation to them to bring a guest to the wedding, it seems only fair that the invitation for their guest be extended to the RD.

Most of his groomsmen are out of town and I would hate if they brought their GFs and they had to sit in the hotel room.

Am I being too nice or do invites not get extended to guests of groomsmen and bridesmaids at the RD?

    You're absolutely right.

    One of the rudest things that the RD hosts can do is to invite just the BP without their SOs/dates.  If they're OOT and bringing the date to the wedding, the date needs to be invited to the RD.

    i agree! they are traveling a long way too so i would invite their GFs as well!
