  Joe wants a watch too and its like $5K and obviously I cant afford that.  I think I am going to do B-Pics and also get him fishing reel cuff-links to wear the day of (since he's a fishing captain and all).

  Your not being silly, I see where you would feel that way. What if you actually give him the b-pics the morning of instead of the night before. That way you wont feel bad.

  Alissa-I bought Kevin one for our anniversary in October, this is the one I got him and he loves it. This brand I never heard of but I guess its popular and the make nice watches, I even bought myself one lol.

  Yup, you read correctly, the watch he loves is $5K (maybe more).  It's a Tag Hauer with a diamond bezel.  It's so strange because he never wears jewerly and is not blingy at all so this watch is like the opposite of him. 
  
  I think Serban will be more than thrilled w/the Bpics and I don't think you NEED to get him something for the day of, however, if you WANT to, that watch that Kaila sent you a pic of is really nice.  Or you can get him some nice cufflinks or you can always give him the bpics the day of the wedding.  Have someone in the bridal party deliver it to him.
  
  Did you take your bpics yet?  Were you comfortable?  I'm freaking out about doing it.

  Danielle- I hyperventilated @ 5k. Joey really wants this expensive Movado, but it wont happen this year.lol.... 5k is a downpayment on a car.

  Kaila - It's a beautiful watch, it really is but your right $5K is a down payment on a car, a fab honeymoon, part of a down payment on a house, etc....
  
  The thing is that he bought me a Tag watch with a diamond bezel (it wasn't $5K) so now every time we are in a jewelry store, he stops and looks at the watch he wants and then looks at my watch and makes a sad face because I have one and he doesn't.  it's quite sad.  LOL

  Danielle - I won them at a bridal show, I took them and was def nervous at first. THe first few pics I look like a deer in headlights but after 1/2 a bottle of champagne - I kid you not - I felt comfortable and they turned out well.
  
  Totally do it, I was very glad I did and it was actually quite empowering.

  I'm def. getting FI a watch, it's the only jewelry he ever wears. I'm also getting him (and all the groomsmen) personalized baseball caps.
  
  Alissa, I don't think you have to get him anything for the day of, or just give him the B - Pics that day, I'm sure he will appreciate them as much as anything else you could give him.

  I am getting FI B-pics, but I almost feel like that is more a gift I like than something that he wants.  So I too am trying to think of what to get him.

  
  

  We talked about getting matching watches, but he got me one for Christmas and he already has 3 watches.  

  
  

  Last night he jokingly said he wanted a Rolex (I choked on my beer).  I feel bad though because I feel like the guys get shafted in weddings.  We get the e-ring and he bought the matching band for mine which was $2k and I spent $60 bucks on his ring.  So I know how you feel. 

  
  

  I think you could get him something cool for $150 like tickets to his favorite sports game or heck you can get season tickets to some sports for that.
