Has anyone used this venue for a reception? I just want to know how it worked out for other weddings.

    I have not but if you go to the OBX wedding assoc. website and look at the weddings, there was a couple that did get married there and they had a lot of photos.  It looked spectacular!  I actually considered 108 Budleigh however, I decided to do a tented reception at a private event home on the beach.

    108 budleigh is a GREAT place for a reception. it's a little on the small size...so if you're planning on having more than 150 people I would suggest somewhere else..but it's beautiful! Downtown Manteo is also a great place for pictures!! I grew up a block away...it's an enchanting place.
