I dont think I really thought about this....but....

How are you telling guests what room you are in?  Did your WC tell you the room number before you left for vegas?  Or do you just tell guests to go to the customer serivce desk?

    Because you will not know until you check in soooo....you can 1) Make a business card and write it in or 2) Make the announcement after the ceremony.

    uh oh!  This is going to make it hard....
    We are doing the shark reef ceremony so it will be a private ceremony! 

    Maybe I will create a cell list and text everyone.

    I will be in the suite the day of....I am going to beg the concierge when I check in to the normal people room the day before I get the vista suite to see if they will know what room I will be in.

    I made businesscards to write in the room number on one side and photo share info on the other. There is a picture in my bio :)

    I made a space on the programs. We checked in the day of, and wrote the number down on the programs, then handed them out as well as had the paster announce the room at the end of the ceremony. 

    I would also HIGHLY recommend NOT having people call YOU or your FI. have a friend that you can give that task to, hand her number out and have her (or him) take care of that!  :) you'll be taking it all in. --unless you have a fairly small guest list and the guests calling you wont be that big of a deal.
