Suggestion for seamstress/tailor for alterations?

Hi ladies! I haven't posted here recently as I'm mostly on the DW board, but I'd appreciate your recommendations on where to go for alterations. I bought my dress from The Limited so I have idea who to use as a tailor. My dress only requires a simple bustle to be put in as it otherwise fits fine. I live in the eastern end of the Main Line but I can definitely travel a bit to find a good seamstress. I'm not from this area so I don't have any family or friend recommendations. I'd really appreciate your suggestions on who you used and were happy with.

Thanks in advance!

ETA: Oh yeah, there is my dress in my siggy...it's our siggy challenge for the week on the DW board.

Nilah & Co in Drexel Hill, a bunch of girls on here, including my friend QTgirls, used her and she did a great job.  She turned her halter dress into a beautiful strapless dress.
