Hotels in Harrisburg area for ceremony and reception?

We're on the hunt for a hotel in the Harrisburg area that has space for an indoor ceremony and reception.  We're inviting approximately 50-100 guests, and would like to keep the costs to < $50 pp.

Any ideas?

    4 Points Sheraton on UD is decent.  Not sure of the cost but for a neat ceremony location, the lobby is sunken and would make a neat backdrop.

    holiday inn grantville is nice as is the park inn on the carlisle pike. it used to be a holiday inn.

    We're doing the reception at the Harrisburg Holiday Inn East... it's $70/pp (on a Sunday) which includes a sit down dinner, open bar, cake, center pieces and the price includes all the tax and gratuities. Most places tack the tax and gratuities on to the price per person and that will kill your budget.

    We're doing our ceremony at the Capitol downtown. It's gorgeous and free! Just have to rent chairs...
