    The later I would have to buy tags and that would mean actually doing some work to assemble something..lol. I guess if this is the only thing I have to assemble that's ok. 

    Any suggestions for what to put in the jar or than candy?

    FI is from Grenada (spice island) and I am from Guyana (known for it's sugar cane) so I was actually comtemplating doing a sugar and spice jar but who would want sugar and spice in a jar? And how would I do it?

    I am thinking about a popcorn bar, a candy buffet or we were thinking of trying to do a traditional New Orleans praline, beignet and hubig pie bar (this is on hold because the hubig factory burned down not too long ago).

    My aunt makes candy coated pretzels. So, she's going to make those and package them in the cellophany bags. The same monogram seal that is on the invite, I will have printed as a round sticker and post in on the bags.

    I wanted to use this photo magnet company that comes and takes pics of your guests while at the reception and then print instant magnets, but doesn't look like that is in the budget.

    We're doing small personalized favor bags filling them with hershey kisses and then in 1 favor bag per table we're putting a note "you won the centerpiece" and they can take the centerpiece if they want it.

    But on another note following up on Rowena's favors, I seen favors in mason jars, and they filled them with booze. being the booze hound that I am, I thought that was pretty awesome. If I can find a link, i'll add.

    You could do a sugar & spice rub that is unique to one of your homes with a receipe attached.

    I'm having my DJ make a special wedding mix that we're passing out. We're getting a couple dancehall artist shout outs in there. I'm picking it up tomorrow... I'm so excited! I have no idea what the label is going to look like though, that's another project that needs starting!

    We have a couple of different things: Photobooth, photo coasters (had them from a long time ago...need to get rid of them), dessert bar with specialty cupcakes, homemade peanut butter candy and homemade pralines, and for those that like salty: various popcorn. And uh not to mention: guest eat and drink for free LOL...yep that's a favor too in my opinion.
