Hey everyone! My trip to Madeline's Daughter was successful yesterday. I bought my dress!!! I bought a Marisa gown-made of silk organza. Absolutely LOVE IT!! Exactly the style I wanted (dropped waste and pick-up's in the skirt). I was nervous that the style I wanted was going to be too heavy for me, however this material made it so it's not!

Now, I have to wait about 6 months for it to come in

Whoo hoo! Such a great check! Can't wait to see pics! The wait is the toughest part. I just called my bridal shop to check on my dress and it isn't due in until October! Ugh...the waiting...!

Congrats on finding the dress....I have been twice, but haven't found "the one" yet. (Found a few "maybes"). Hoping to go again in mid-September when we can arrange to get everyone together again.

woohoo! I can't wait until I go dress shopping! It's way too far out right now (2-3 years lol)...and I don't want to go until I lose more weight, so I can hopefully avoid paying for alterations lol
