NWR just a little life rant

So it seems like when it rains it pours.  First we have been needing to buy a new bed for about two years.  This weekend it is finally happening so that is a good thing.  But before this happened the FI's cellphone got into a fight with a glass of tea so we had to replace it, expense number 1.  The bed will be expense number 2.  Now comes expense numbers 3 and 4.  Tonight my computer decides to stop working.  My FI being an IT guy figured out the issue and it is pretty much unfixable YAY to me.  So now I need to buy a new computer (OH JOY)!  Then comes the next bad news.  We can not use the FI's computer for the time being because he needs a Video Card.  Which for everything he uses his computer for means expensive. 

It is just so much money and money we don't have.  Money that is supposed to be for the wedding which it is starting to look like I am going to have push back :/

    I'm sorry to hear this.  Unexpected expenses are always frustrating.  I definitely understand how you feel.  In the last month before the wedding we have had the unplanned expenses of a new fridge, two costly car repairs, and a huge vet bill for our cat.  Definitely not fun!  Hopefully you are still able to save enough for the wedding.

    It never fails that this kind of stuff happens.  Today is supposed to be me and FI's e-photo day.  Guess what?  Thunderstorms... Alll...day...long.  So, we'll just have to wait.  And my job is at the mercy of political decisions that I have absolutely no control over.  I am so tired of not feeling completely secure in my career.  Plus other family drama that I won't detail here.  But my FI and my spiritual beliefs sustain me more than anything and I am leaning heavily on them both.

    That sucks balls. It seems liks stuff like this always comes up at the worst time too. It's always when you're trying to watch your spending, not right after you get a big tax refund.

    Stage.  We can not wait any longer.  It has been over two years since we needed a bed anyway.  The FI has been cutting the springs with wire cutters that stab through the bed.  Not to mention it is a twin and sleeping on the floor is not a fun option. The bed is only costing us about 500.  But then you add two computers on top it and your looking at another 1000.  We did decide though we are going to push the wedding.  The date was supposed to be november of 2013 and the only income we have to work with for saving is what i make from work which makes us about 1000 a month and we use his for bills, food, gas, and there isn't much else to work with.  Up until now we have been using what I was making to catch up more on student loans.
