MUA in room or use the hotel's?

I am wondering whether to book one of the MUA on vegasgroom's site or whether to just go with the hotel's spa. I have spoken to the ladies at the GN which are very responsive and lovely, but I am wondering whether the ladies that run their own businesses and come to your room are generally considered better? Any thoughts?

    Not sure if a salon is better quality than the artists that come to your room but I would totally vote to have someone come to your room. I would have hated to have to go somewhere else to have my hair and makeup done. It was so nice to just be able to hang out in the suite all day and be pampered.

    I think it's also nicer to not get all done up and then walk through a smokey casino, since most resorts tend to put rooms on one side of the casino and everything else on the other side.  GN included; the elevators to the spa are right next to the craps pit and some slots, so it's smokey even there.  The workout room is in their spa so it's kind of weird to walk out of the spa after a workout and into smoke lol.
