Looking For Venue!!! Please Help!!

I'm trying to find a house with a big backyard with NO pool!!! All of our relatives live in Santa Clarita, CA so we're hoping to find a place close by. And we are on a TIGHT budget!!! We are inviting 75 guests. I just don't know where to start looking!!!

Both the McCormick House and Camarillo Ranch House have a backyard feel to them and have great reviews. I'm not sure of the price though. Both are located in Camarillo which is less than an hour drive from Santa Clarita and just outside of hectic LA traffic.
