Cake Stands

Hi Ladies
Does anyone know where you can buy but hopefully rent a cake stand. I'm looking for a glass cake stand or a stand that lights up. The baker that we are thinking about using said they don't have any like that - they didn't seem like they knew where we could go to get one either.
So I thought I would ask - TIA.

Glass cake stands can usually be found at Marshalls or Tj Maxx. You could try this one and add a white xmas set of lights that runs off batteries to make it light up

Thank you EmandMC2B - this is great - the crazy thing is I saw this picture on another knotties bio and copied it. But know having the website I got the directions on how to do it.

You could also try save-on-crafts.com They have a number of glass cake stands that look great. You could put a couple of the floral lites under it and have a really neat stand.

We are getting extra vases that we are using for the centrepieces and putting lites and submerged flowers in them.

Hey Camoo - too funny last week I order a couple of vases from them and they came in and are gorgeous, I'm so glad I found that website it is great. You should also try http://www.wholesaleflowersandsupplies.com/ they have great quality in vases as well.
