We're inviting pastors from a church we used to go to. We always called him Pastor Joe. Is that the title I'm supposed to use for ministers? I'm asking because the pastor at my current church uses the title Reverend, but we usualy call him Pastor John.
Also, if both husband and wife are ordained ministers, how do I address them? Is it Pastors (or Reverends) John Doe?
