Any other Augusta Jones brides out there?

I love my dress (and this designer) but haven't heard of anyone else wearing these gowns. It seems like almost everyone on this board is wearing a Maggie design. Are there any other Augusta Jones brides out there?

Almost Augusta Jones (and a coupla' others). Ended up with Maggie (lol), but Augusta Jones is fresh and beautiful. Good for you! try googling augusta jones real brides and you might find some cool pix....

katylily29,I'm not an Augusta Jones bride...but I wish I was one! I love the dresses and would have loved to get one, but my dress budget was lower than I ever thought it would be. So, I stayed within it to maintain my great relationship with my FI and to splurge in other areas. However, I have looked at the Augusta Jones site a ton, and would love to hear all about your dress!!!! Which one did you choose? Which ones did you try on? Congrats!!! P.S. I'm not wearing a Maggie either or a Casablanca (also a lot on the boards) even though both designers' gowns are beautiful, too!

I have Augusta Jones-envy, but I too couldn't afford one. So I didn't even tempt myself to try them on. I ended up with a Maggie, but I didn't intend to. It was just the dress I loved the most. Which one did you get?

I'm an Augusta Jones bride too! The quality of their dresses and the material are exquisite. My dress doesn't come in until around November but I can't wait.

The Catalina is gorgeous!!! I'm wearing Bali, the picture online does NOT do it justice. The lace and hem on Catalina looks similar to Bali, is the lace shimmery? And lrc you are so right about the material just being such high quality. the lace is so light, the sparkle is so subtle and pretty, and the silky lining... omg! my dress will be in sometime in December and I seriously can NOT wait!

Your dresses are all gorgeous, girls! I am wearing Corsica and I agree that the pics online do not do it justice - it looks more beautiful in real life. It looks so slinky online but it really isn't at all. In fact, I wasn't sure if it was the same dress when I saw it at the salon. I'm so glad there are other Augusta Jones brides out there.

I tried on an augusta jones bolero at a local bridal salon, and I really REALLY want it, but it was $675!!! For a little tiny short sleeved jacket! I can't find any pictures of it online, and I was wondering if anyone knew of a good place to find it to buy for cheaper online?
