Need a dry toasting wine

Hello,

We did a wine tasting with our restaurant and chose a Moscato and a Brut as our toasting wines.  The groom loved the dry Peterlongo and we figured that the smootheness of the Moscato would please guests on the opposite aisle of wine preferences.

We don't know much about wines and basically went on taste.  Now, though, the Peterlongo is not available in town or through any of the restaurant's distributors.  I am looking for any ideas of nice toasting wines because we have 10 days to replace one.

Warm regards,
Nico

I tasted one last week and, not being a huge wine fan, there was one I particularly liked:

2010 Chardonnay, Pouilly-Fuisse AOC, made by Louis Latour
It can run a little more expensive than a lot of other wines, perhaps $25 a bottle on average, but since it's a toasting wine, you shouldn't need as much as one used for dinner.  I found it to have a round, buttery taste; crisp with a mild oak flavor

    Good luck!
