Bad, bad, bad

Hey ladies!

My shower was a month and a half ago and I still haven't gotten to my thank you cards. I feel like we have obligations every weekend and during the week I have 3 jobs. Where is the time??? My goal is to have them out by the time we leave (17 days), but I know people have been asking why they haven't received theirs. What's the etiquette for time frame on getting these out? Should I feel bad?

I believe it's a month after the event...but I'm sure people realize how crazy your life is at the moment!!! I would just get them out before you leave so that you don't have the shower and the wedding to do when you get home!!! Plan on doing like 10 a day. Set aside 30 minutes a day. It will be much better since you don't have time to do it all at once

I know for me, I took longer than a few days, that's for sure!!

Yea, I tried to do mines within a week after. Don't sweat it though. I think people will understand. Just be sure to get them out before you leave for your wedding and it should be okay. You don't have to do them all at once, send them out a few at a time. Do like 5 a day or something until they're done.

I would definitely try to get them done in the next week or so, so it's not something hanging over your head right before the wedding, since they should def. be sent before you leave for the wedding. Technically, it's a little late, but better late than never! Break them down into chunks like the others said.
