Hi there-

I am getting married outdoors in New Braunfels, TX and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for an officiant in the surrounding area.

    I googled JP's in New Braunfels, TX and came up with 2 names:  Judge William Schroeder, JP, Precinct #1 and Judge Mike Rust, JP, Precinct #3.  I assume they can perform weddings, but check with their office.  When I was married in Austin, we had Judge Elisabeth Earle, also a JP do our wedding and she did an excellent job.

    Chaplian Larry Todd is another popular one and I'm pretty sure he will travel.

    I second Chaplain Larry!  He was awesome ... people asked me afterwards if he was someone we knew because he seemed so personable.  He has a lot of guidelines, but he was delightful to work with.
