TGIF Accountability!

Good morning--Friday is finally upon us! yaay
B- oats with skim milk, cinnamon and a sprinkle of brown sugar
S- 1/2 grapefruit, cottage cheese with pineapple
L- huge salad with balsamic and maybe soup
D-?? prob staying in tonight so Im sure Ill be cooking.....


E- still having trrouble walking..I don;t think my legs have EVER been this sore....resting up for kickboxing in the am.

  • Yay Friday!  I slept like garbage last night, but am oddly awake this morning.  I will keep this awake feeling going with coffee. 

    B: whole wheat english muffin w/ PB, banana, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: triple venti nonfat latte, pumpkin cream cheese muffin (not good, but sooo good)
    L: free BBQ at work.  so, chicken burger?
    S: apple and cashews
    D: pulled pork sandwiches.  maybe some coleslaw?

    E: rest day, stretching and foam rolling as necessary.

    Not the best day food-wise, but hey, sometimes we have to live a little!

  • Hooray Friday!!! Can't wait to make cinnamon sugar pumpkin seeds and mini pumpkin muffins this weekend (and funfetti mini cupcakes for the H)  :)

    B - banana nut Vita Top w/ strawberry Activia
    S - mixed berry applesauce
    L - 1 1/4 salad blend w/ 1.7 oz chicken, 1/2 oz feta, 1/4 c. chickpeas and 1 T red pepper parm dressing
    S - banana
    D - TBD - H gets to pick from stuffed chicken w/ wild rice, shrimp stir fry w/ jasmine rice or orrechiette w/ chickpeas and broccoli
    S - either a carmel apple (w/ low fat carmel) or some kettle corn (100 cal. pack)

    E - arms and abs circuit at lunch, ellip for 60 min after work

    d-no clue, I'm running errands and baking in the evening.

    e-60 minuted elliptical and a TON of ab work. My halloween costume shows off my stomach.Smile

    Ahhhhhhhh it's Friday! We're having a halloween party at my work with trick or treating at each office. Pray for me and my inner candy monster demon.

    B - Fage 0% yogurt, pumpkin, Kashi GoLean cereal
    L - salad from Chick-Fil-A (I forgot my lunch at home, d'oh!)
    S - candy, most likely. I reeeeeeeeeeeally want a cookie from the starbucks downstairs but I suppose I need to choose between the cookie and the candy
    D - dunno, going to my parent's house for the weekend to get wedding stuff accomplished so whatever my mom decides

    E - rest day. My hamstrings hate me.

    L- don't know, prob 2 beef tacos. Friend is taking me to the Taqueria for lunch.

  • So glad it's Friday.  I think my daughter is coming down with something, I was up every 30 minutes or so with her (she's 20 months)

    B: thinwich turkey sandwich with LC wedge
    S: apple with peanut butter
    L: thinwich turkey sandwich with tomato and LC wedge
    S: 100 calorie pack popcorn
    D: TBD... having dinner at my sister's house

    E: probably won't get anything major in as we are spending time with my family.

    E- REST DAY but a lot of walking planned for this weekend
