Went great! It took about 25 minutes. The told us to get to the hospital by 7, so we left at 5:30 , picked up my in-law's, and got to the hospital early. They didn't start prepping him until 8:30 and started operating at 9:10. They were done at about 9:30. The baby was finally able to eat at around 11:00. (That's all he was worried about, lol.)
