  Unless you're doing fake flowers (which I never recommend having them so close to your guests), there aren't many options for blue flowers.  I know there are more but right now the only one that comes to mind are hydrangeas.

  Daisies can usually be found in blue. I have seen in grocery stores carry bouquets of blue and pink daisies for under $5. However, I dont know how the flowers become blue (dye or natural?).

  hydrangeas are beautiful ! you can find them tinted or natural (of course natural will tennd to vary color )
