Hey Lexington Girls!

I'm headed to Rupp Arena for a convention in November and am wondering about parking downtown.  We're thinking of saving money by staying farther out and then driving in every day.   How much is downtown parking per day?  I don't mind walking a few blocks either, so if you know of any cheap lots, let me know.  Thoughts? TIA!

    I know the shops at the Civic Center validate parking tickets. I'd think the convention would do the same. Check with them. Parking can get expensive pretty quickly.

    Thanks for the info.  It would save us $50 a night to stay farther out, plus we'd get free WiFi, so I think that's what we're going to do.  Parking shouldn't be *that* much, right?

    Validated parking is hard to beat - but when in a bind IIF you are early enough in the morning parking on SHORT about one to two blocks ahead of Childrens theatre is free of meters
