I bought a silvery dress..what color veil should I wear?

I bought a beautiful silvery satin wedding gown and now I'm looking for suggestions on what color veil I should wear? I don't think I'll beable to find a veil that is silver and matches the dress. Would wearing a white veil be too weird? I'm wanting to get a birdcage veil and maybe put some peacock feathers in it. What's your opinion? Too many colors or do you think that would look alright?

I think a very bright white will look good with silver. Its hard to make a call on the peacock feathers without seeing the dress and veil style, but if you like it just go for it!

There is a white shimmer type veil that might look good. a cage veil with a "fascinator" that has silver in it is nice too. Here is an example, but check them all out.

I've seen silvery bridal tulle at Joann's. You could check that out. Without seeing the dress, it's hard to determine what style would look best

I think white would look fine with the silver dress. Maybe you could get one that has some small silver details on it?

I'm wearing a Maggie Sottero in "oyster" which is a silery color. My veil is diamond white with a lace edge. Personally I love it because it makes the lace stand out as it lays on the back of the dress. I'm only wearing it for the ceremony, so it really didn't bother me either way.

Some white veils may have the edge finished in a silver thread which I think would look very nice with a silver gown! Davids Bridal had one in the store, I cant find it online, but check it out! Even something with beading would look good too!
