Palm Sunday this weekend!

I really enjoy getting palms.  I have so many from prior years. 

other than making a little cross out of them, anyone have creative ideas for displaying palms?  id love to be able to make a wreath or something.

    use them for protection of your household. Put them near windows and doors

    You are suppossed to burn them. But I have seen some people make crosses with several of them to hang around, etc.

    The burning happens the following year for the ashes for ash Wednesday. Burning palms is messy.

    I typically am absent-minded and leave at least one palm laying on a table or somewhere when we get home... and then my cat proceeds to eat it.  He doesn't seem to understand that they are blessed palms and are not supposed to be eaten.

    i currently have them hanging around my sunporch...lots of windows there.  the two new ones we got yesterday are in the dining room.
