    Sure! It's actually super easy:

1 box pasta (medium shells are my fave_
16 ounce cheese (usually use one bag cheddar, and one sharp cheddar or monterey jack)
1.5 sticks butter cut into tablets
    2 cans evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    bread crumbs
the "extras" - precooked bacon cut into pieces is super easy and delish, but seriously any kind of meat works! I highly recommend adding buffalo chicken- to make sauce, combine some butter with hot sauce in a pan. Cook chicken and shake it up in a container.

Cook pasta, spread one tab butter on bottom of dish, put 1/2 pasta, layer with 1/2 the butter tablets spread out, 1/2 the cheese, add "extras," repeat with remaining 1/2s In separate bowl, combine eggs and milk and stir. Pour over mac. Generously sprinkle bread crumbs on top! Bake for about 25 minutes at 400 degrees and enjoy!

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone!

Senorita- It's a sports mentoring program for 6th-12th graders. I am by no means an athlete myself though! We use the sport of squash (which is typically a very affluent sport) to get the kids interested and committed to the program, but we "trick them into learning" too! Their schools are unfortunately horrible (with the exception of a few awesome teachers I know), so we try to bridge the gap with our own literacy and math program, etc. It's exhausting work (I spent 12 hours yesterday driving kids to a match 3 hours away!), but it is really rewarding. They might drive me crazy, but I love my kiddos!

I'm to fit in! Just like there are 2 types of people: dog lovers and non, there are people who love cheese and people I just don't understand! Cheese rocks!
