ps i gave away all my leftover thanksgiving cupcakes (devils food with chocolate pumpkin frosting - defiintely not WW) to the people at my mom's work yesterday. i was so proud of myself since i would have eaten every single one of those delicious things if i had not! i do miss them, though...but staying strong!

I am so glad it's Monday!! Regardless of if I stayed on track or not  (most days yes, some days no), I feel so much better on Mondays and get more of a feeling of a fresh start, not to mention that during the week there is a schedule and it's easier to make good decisions (for me!). There is a set routine, and in that routine, I eat healthy, I drink my water, and I exercise. I'm probably the only one ever excited for Mondays... and for the break to be over!

I feel like I'm in such a slump. I've been eating horribly (i.e. how I used to) ever since I visited my sister a week ago. I also haven't been exercising due to my monstrous bruise that hurt with every step, but it's mostly healed now, and I don't have any excuses any more.

Fortunately at WI, I only gained back .2 lbs. I was expecting a much bigger gain.

B: total blueberry pomegranate cereal (4)
    S: peanut butter (2.5), toast (1)
    L: sandwich? soup?
    D: tbd

    E: 60 minute dance class

    Total: 7.5
    Target: 30
    WI: Saturday
