Assembling the invitations: Order?

OK so we got our invitations today (YAY!) and I realized I never paid attention before to the correct order of the inserts.

We don't have inner envelopes and we have:

Invitation
RSVP and envelope
Map/accommodations insert
Welcome barbecue insert

The map card is slightly larger lengthwise but shorter heightwise than the RSVP and the barbecue insert is the smallest if that makes any difference.
